Everything you need to know before starting a project with Rixform Digital Studio.
Working With Us
We offer web content and design, brand identity, and paid advertising - with AI built into every step of our workflow. Whether you need a new website, a brand identity system, or a managed ad campaign, we handle strategy through execution under one roof.
We work with small to mid-sized businesses that need a serious digital presence but don't want to manage multiple agencies. Our clients range from early-stage startups building their brand for the first time to established businesses that have outgrown their current website or marketing approach.
Yes - entirely. We work with clients across the country and have built our process to run smoothly without ever needing to be in the same room. Communication happens through video calls, email, and shared documents.
Two things: we don't silo strategy from execution, and we use AI to move faster without cutting corners. Most agencies hand off between teams - strategy to design to development - and things get lost. We keep it all in one place. And by building AI into our workflow, we deliver work at a pace that larger agencies can't match.
Process & Timeline
Every engagement starts with a discovery conversation - we learn your business, your goals, and what success looks like. From there we put together a clear proposal with scope, timeline, and pricing. Once approved, we move into strategy, then design or build, then review and launch. You're involved at every key stage, not just the beginning and end.
Timelines depend on the size, scope, and complexity of the project - but Rixform is built on speed. By using AI across strategy, content, design, development, and QA, we remove the slow handoffs and production drag that make traditional agency projects take months. Humans stay at the center, so the work still feels sharp, custom, and built to perform. Once we understand the full scope, we'll give you a realistic timeline in your proposal. The goal is simple: be quick, but don't hurry.
Every project includes two rounds of revisions at each major stage. In practice, most projects don't need both rounds - but we build them in so there's no pressure.
Not much upfront. A conversation about your goals, any existing brand assets you have (logo, brand guidelines, photos), access to any existing accounts we'll need (hosting, ad accounts, analytics), and timely feedback at review stages. We handle the rest.
We use a structured review process - you'll receive work at defined checkpoints with clear questions and specific things to respond to. This keeps feedback focused and projects moving. We don't do open-ended "what do you think?" reviews that stall projects for weeks.
Pricing & Payment
Every project is scoped and priced based on what's actually involved - the number of pages, complexity of design, content requirements, and timeline. We don't publish fixed pricing because a 5-page brochure site and a 20-page site with custom functionality are completely different projects. Reach out with a brief overview and we'll put together a proposal.
Yes. We require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50% due at launch. For larger projects, we may structure payments across milestones - this will be outlined in your proposal.
Yes - through our Maintenance & Growth service. We offer monthly retainers that cover updates, performance monitoring, content changes, and iterative improvements. If you just need occasional help, we also offer ad hoc support billed hourly.
Technical Questions
Yes - completely. You own the code, the design, the content, and all associated accounts. We don't hold anything hostage. If you ever want to move to a different agency or bring development in-house, everything transfers to you.
If that is your preference, absolutely. For clients who need to regularly update content - blog posts, team pages, pricing - we can build the site with a content management system (CMS) that lets you make changes through a simple editor without touching code.
We build on Next.js - a modern React framework - hosted on Vercel. This gives you a fast, secure, scalable foundation that performs well in search and handles traffic without issue. For clients who need a CMS, we integrate Sanity, which has a clean and easy-to-use editing interface.
We set up and configure hosting as part of the build, but the hosting account is in your name. You pay the hosting provider directly - we don't mark up or resell hosting. Vercel's hosting is free for most small to mid-sized sites.
SEO is built into every site from day one - not added as an afterthought. That means clean semantic HTML, proper heading structure, metadata, schema markup, fast load times, and mobile optimization across every page. Beyond traditional search, we also optimize for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), ensuring your content is structured to surface in AI-generated answers and LLM-powered search experiences like ChatGPT and Perplexity - not just Google.
Every site we build is developed to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards - the benchmark for digital accessibility compliance. That includes proper color contrast ratios, keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, accessible form labels, and semantic HTML throughout. Accessibility isn't a checkbox we tick at the end - it's considered at the design stage and built into the code from the start.
Yes - always. Every site we build is fully responsive across all screen sizes and optimized for Core Web Vitals. Performance and accessibility aren't add-ons - they're built into how we work.
